DooMer87 Posted September 11, 2004 What's your favorite sport? Answer, please. 0 Share this post Link to post
Lüt Posted September 11, 2004 Heavily modified hockey and football are the only two I ever consider playing. Wrestling too, but its status as a sport is debatable. I never watch sports. Even the highlights they show on the news are usually mind-numblingly boring. The only sports games I've ever enjoyed are the Mutant League series, and for a short time, NHL '94 for Sega Genesis/CD. Also no "sprots suck lolz" posts plz 0 Share this post Link to post
Black Hand Posted September 11, 2004 So I guess "dive out the class window while your grade school teacher dozes off without alerting him" doesn't count does it? I'll settle for European football or American soccer. Whatever you call it. 0 Share this post Link to post
Bucket Posted September 11, 2004 Volleyball and golf. Don't know why, watching golf just started to become interesting. Playing it is pretty fun, too. 0 Share this post Link to post
Dunbar Posted September 11, 2004 If paintball or airsoft are considered sports, then I pick those. 0 Share this post Link to post
Spike Posted September 11, 2004 Basketball while I was in school, and virtually nothing else. You could have submitted a broader list of sports, though. 0 Share this post Link to post
patte Posted September 11, 2004 Ice hockey. Finland in the final match of the World Cup of Hockey 2004, yay! 0 Share this post Link to post
SYS Posted September 11, 2004 Neither of my sports are on there. I used to speed skate till I suffered a really nasty accident. Now I just weight lift. 0 Share this post Link to post

DooMAD Posted September 11, 2004 No racing? I like most international motorsports, including Formula 1 and the World Rally Championship. 0 Share this post Link to post
Kristian Ronge Posted September 11, 2004 Hard to say which one is my very favourite (possibly football -- not the American kind, the "rest-of-the-world" kind) but one I really like, and that's barely known outside of Great Britain, Ireland and some parts of Asia, is Snooker! Snooker owns. 0 Share this post Link to post
Grazza Posted September 11, 2004 Skiing, I suppose, given that I spend at least 3-4 weeks a year skiing and don't do much else sport-wise. Kristian: Canada and Australia also have quite strong snooker traditions. 0 Share this post Link to post
DooMer87 Posted September 11, 2004 Hockey. And who added cockfighting? 0 Share this post Link to post

(The 147 at the Crucible in ...'82? was magic stuff). Um, I should've said "British Commonwealth", or something, instead of GB & Ireland. :-) 0 Share this post Link to post
