zdoom and flats

I made this wad file with my own flats. When I drag it to the Zdoom icon, Doom2 starts but without the replacement flats.

It works fine with wall textures etc, but not with flats... Can anyone tell me what's going on? How can I see my flats in Zdoom?

I use zdoom 63.cab BTW

Does it work in other source ports? What did you use to add the flats? If you're using XWE, did you right click and select "Save As Doom Flat"?

I know it's old but I like it.
I'll try XWE though...

OK, so how do I import bmp files into wads using XWE?
I've opened wad and am looking the entries. How do I replace the existing bmp with the new one?

It's probably really easy, but I can't find a button for it... :-(

Just found out what went wrong... turned out the flats were in the wrong position :-/
