I save my file in C:\Game\Doom3\(map name)
I can't do bsp nor load the map to test..

It appears to be looking in the maps directory. Try saving your map in "C:\Game\Doom3\maps" instead.

Also, doom3 doesnt like spaces in file names and paths. I would suggest you save your map as "myroom" or perhaps "my_room".

I have a custom map in Doom 3\Base\Maps and when I type in "map nameofmap" it says "cannot find map".

If I remember correctly, It should be written like so in console:

 

map "base\maps\wow.map" (or was it .bsp? been a while since I played Doom 3).
