Isn't this forum where of a lot of such trivia is pointed out and discussed in the first place? (And often rehashed at six-monthly intervals.) The particular example referred to has been discussed more than once here.

Meh I've been adding stuff all day. I added lists of Cheat codes, weapons, ammo, items, and editor lists, all properly categorized. I also created an Easter Egg Page, to put Doom easter eggs.

You can, but it might not be appropriate in all cases. The writing in the Wikipedia articles assumes a less knowledgeable audience.

In particular, I think importing overview articles (such as the main Doom article) would be a bad idea. It's better to let structure grow as we add information.
