New HUD Option

Although Eternity development has been painfully slow as of late, I found the time to work on this today:



The new graphical fullscreen HUD is an option alongside the original BOOM text HUD layouts, and alternates with the status bar in the same manner. This was a heavily requested and long-promised feature and will be available in both DOOM and Heretic in the next release.

Thank you. The Boom one is nice for watching demos, but sucks when you're actually playing.
