Looking for WAD with monster hordes

I'm hoping you guys might be able to help me locate a WAD that I played within the last... oh, 6-9 months because it contains some of the new monsters (e.g., Hectebus-style bosses, etc.). Unfortunately, all I remember about this WAD is that it ends with a battle against hordes -- and I mean HORDES -- of monsters. Something on the order of several thousand, I think....

It takes place in a wide-open area filled with lava and a small pyramid in the middle. The monsters teleport/spawn from 3-4 huge blue gates at the edges of the area. If I recall correctly, dead monsters disappear after a while and new supplies appear every so often. I hope this sounds familiar to someone.

I've been going a bit nuts trying to find it again. I hope that someone will be able to put me out of my misery and tell me the name of this WAD. ::sheepish grin::
