I still had 7 the other day but then it was reset to 50. I guess they're slowely updating the accounts.

I have 50 as well. They should just make it public at this point. I see no point in keeping the invitation method if there are more invites available than most people can give away.

BTW guys: read the terms and conditions of Gmail carefully. Anything that's uploaded to a Gmail account belongs to Google (as long as it isn't already copyrighted).

So if they wanted to, Google could legally sell your music, artwork, essays, etc...

Anything you write is under your copyright regardless of whether you add a copyright notice. That is, until the copyright expires or you explicitly revoke or transfer it. Using their service constitutes explicit transferring if their ToS says so and you did click "I agree" when you registered.

You can have as many Gmail invites as you want. Just invite yourself, giving you 50 more, then invite yourself again... etc.
