This is absurd. I am appauled they would try to pass a bill to encourage this. As if women are treated as sex objects enough as it is, this would only make things worse.

I'm sure people aren't lining up like mad to take advantage of a change in a law (see Psyonisis's post) and it's ridiculous that women have to register as sex offenders for simply being topless.

These pansy ass conservative fucks claiming that seeing tits at the beach has something to do with the integrity of society and the family unit is total bullshit. Know what? I've found my dad's porn before, and he hasn't cheated on my mother and doesn't love her any less. I've looked at porn and not raped my mother or sister yet either! My family is just fine, and I constantly bombard myself with pictures of tits on the Internet. How exactly is seeing them on a beach going to change anything?

On the "young boys" argument, how the hell is seeing them between the time you're fed by your own mother's and the time you first have sex going to make you start objectifying women or something stupid like that? If anything, being thought a totally natural thing will prevent objectification moreso than this supposed "modesty."

Also, going "lol stupid democrats" (see near end of article) at the issue is NOT helping the Republicans to seem like "uniters not dividers" as Dumbass Dubya would like us to think. Fucking constant contradiction on their political rhetoric.

a) No one will do it.
b) If women want to be treated like sex objects fine. I'm not spearheading the Feminist movemone, and could give less of shit how many years it's set back.
c) Children will see boobs eventually. And you'll run out of excuses and be forced to give them "the talk" sometime.
d) Breasts are different than say a penis or vagina. They are in many cultures accepted and not shunned. If they were trying to pass a law saying women and men could not wear bottoms, then it would be slightly different, but breasts are a taboo which should not be.

Oh yeah, I think it should be 18yrs+ though, because its child abuse would probably skyrocket. However if somehow our society was able to get past everything like that also, I'm for it for any age. But that wont happen for a while, so I'm not.
