Bloodshedder Posted February 16, 2005 VIA Gamers Arena has posted a review of David Kushner's book Masters of Doom, a title I would wholeheartedly recommend to just about anyone reading this update. Anyways, here's a piece of the review:No amount of .plan file entries ever eluded to what was really going on behind the walls of id’s first office, which was an unconventional but ideal environment for a group of young upstart independent developers. It goes into so much detail of how they went about their daily business that the reader almost starts to feel as if they are there in the room with them, chowing down on pizza, guzzling cans of Pepsi and burning the midnight oil to release their first couple of games. 0 Share this post Link to post
