PC Gamer DM map for DOOM 2

Way back when, I think '96 or '97, PC Gamer UK released a DOOM 2 deathmatch map on their cover disc. It had new textures, a couple of new gun sounds, and large PC GAMER banners in a couple of places. It used some neat tricks to do cool things never before seen in a DOOM 2 map, too.

In a sense, it kicked humongous amounts of ass.

Having recently rediscovered the greatness that is Doom 2 deathmatch, I long to play this map again. Unfortunately, I have lost the disc said map was on.

Does anyone have it? Does anyone know of it? Can anyone help me get my hands on it once again?
