kristus has updated the Team Future page with, first off, a (non-comprehensive) list of features their Phobos project for Doom 3 will have. They're also debating whether the mod will use Resurrection of Evil or not; click here to vote and help them decide. Finally, they're looking for a level designer, character modeler, and GUI designer.

Oh, I didn't mean that as a "Noone cares, boohoo" more like. Noone cares. If I had cared about stuff like that, I wouldn't have finished Ni'mrod, or much of anything. You don't get enough encouragment from people to be modding for their sake.
