Faster monsters more aggressive?

Aren't the monsters with quicker walking frames (revenants, archviles) more aggresive than those with slower frames (lost souls, troopers?)
Or doesn't the attack chance depend on frequency? (IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT, USE DEHACKED AND SEE FOR YOURSELF)

well uh... the shorter the sprite's state is the more frequently they attack i guess.

Those with shorter A_Chase frames are more aggresive since the random jump to missile states is done everytime A_Chase is encountered.

I've been thinking about it. Mancubi and Cyberdemons seem to be VERY aggresive - almost attacking you on sight. Might be their long attack... Oh, and one more thing: how does Reaction Time affect their attacks?
