Help with Sim City 4 deluxe edition

I am an owner of Sim City 4 deluxe edition, and my biggest problem is that once i install, play, then quit, i wanna play again the next day. I pop in the CD, click on it, and a grey box says "please insert the Sim City 4 deluxe edition CD, and retry." Why is my CD not being recognized? I've always had to uninstall and reinstall, and this takes a while.
