CodeImp Posted August 16, 2005 You used spaces in the map name? Your map name is supposed to be a lump name, like E1M1 or MAP01 or similar. Other names are also allowed, but you should not use spaces. If changing that doesnt solve it, try deleting the .dbs file that is stored where you saved your map. It does not contain any vital information, only recently used settings for that map, no big deal to delete it. 0 Share this post Link to post
TaBaR Posted August 16, 2005 No differance. the error only hapends when I test the map. The map is compiled and saved then the error pops up I press the ok the map plays in ZDoom and when I exit Builder comes back up. 0 Share this post Link to post
TaBaR Posted August 17, 2005 i think it mite have somthing to do with how the temp file is saved. see this link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q188278/ 0 Share this post Link to post
Lobo Posted August 17, 2005 Does not necessarily have anything to do with that KB article. In fact whenever I've seen this error it was for stupid causes like a duplicate entry in a text file based list and stuff like that. 0 Share this post Link to post
TaBaR Posted August 21, 2005 It Was ZDoom. I reinstalled ZDoom96 and the error went away. 0 Share this post Link to post
