Looking for new doomish monsters

For a personal use I'm creating a decorate/monster pack, I'm looking for wads with monsters that look doomish and as good (or nearly) as if they were included in an official DOOM game.

So far my list include:
-The baron from Rebirth
-Impy Imp
-The ssg zombie from Skull Tag.
-The pharaoh from Osiris.
-The old versions of the Demon and Lost Soul from the Alphas (yeah, included in a game, but then removed).
-Some of the monsters from the monster resource wads.

Any others?
