Crud help with mp3 music

Ok I read the other post and yea I'm using XWE, and yes it's a Zdoom(Doom in Hexen) format. When I load the mp3 it says that it cant play this format. Tell me what I did wrong please.

ZDoom will play the MP3, but you cant play it inside XWE, I think as of now, XWE can only play Wavs, Mus, and maybe midis, although I could be mistaken.

XWE can only play MIDI if you have the MUS2MIDI application...

EDIT: lolz i meen it can only play MUS if you have MUS2MIDI

Actually, it can play midi and wavs. It can play MUS if you have the MUS2MIDI feature, yet it never works for me.
