Recommended Posts

Ha ha. Sock it to 'em, Google.

I wonder what it'd be like when Google starts making their own consumer OS and video game console.

Last night on MicroSlamdown
Balmer - 'I have four words for ya; I - love - this - company! Yeeas!'

(Google team's music starts up, Balmer is stunned. (Lucovsky makes his way to the stage. And is greeted by a suprised Balmer.)

Lucovsky - 'Ladies and gentlemen - I came into this arena today - to tell you and Mr Balmer - that I'm leaving - Microsoft.'

(Balmer is gobsmacked)

Lucovsky - 'But don't you worry - not you little maggots at the front - not you obese maggots stuck in the aisle - but you Balmer - I wanna see you wriggle. I left Microsft so I could join - another - team.'

Balmer - 'Just tell me it's not Google!'

Lucovsky gives his ugliest grin. A steel chair materialises in Balmer's hand.

Balmer - I'll f***ing kill Google!

DING DING DING!

Heh, he looks a little like Peter Boyle, so that video is very reminiscent of the scene in Young Frankenstein when the creature goes crazy after singing "Livin on the Ritz". He even has the same scream.

Google is trying to take over the world, though.

More on topic, I got an email about this from "myself" to myself in gmail. It kind of freaked me out. My guess is that someone was running linux on their gmail account and decided to have a bit of fun.

In theory, a good entity taking over the world would actually be a good thing.

I have an account (not that I use it for real) that often gets nondelivered messages. Seems to be some russian spammer using a hacked or faked address or return address.
