The Doom sketches

I've recently been trying to get my hands on scans of Adrian Carmack's Doom sketch art. I know scans of the Cyberdemon, Baron and Spider Mastermind sketches exist, but does anyone have a larger image of the spidey sketch scan or the original document from which the scans are from (plus a scanner and a willingess to help out)?

the mastermind is not a sketch. it was an actual sculpted model.

I thought they were all clay/metal models?

I know for a fact the baron was a clay model. I have a picture of Adrian sculpting it.

maybe he drew it first? I never make a model without first making a sketch.

I know they were sculpted as models (see Doom Wiki's article on them, which I wrote myself), but the models were based on sketches that Adrian drew - and it is these drawings I'm looking for.
