For which program?

For Photoshop, just use the Doom.act file included with XWE. For Paint Shop Pro, just extract an image from your Doom wad file, open it in PSP, then go to Image -> Palette -> Save Palette. PSP allows you to save it in either their proprietary format, or in Microsoft PAL format.

Well, most probably you already know this, but to get the DOOM palette, extract some graphic from the iwad then in psp look for color option, save palette, and there you go.
