RTC 3057 Help Needed

I'm currently stuck. After the power goes off while picking up the yellow key I went to Deck01 and ran the Search Programm thingy. Now I've found 3 of the power consoles
1. In the lighted room down by the lobby.
2. The Cyro Chamber one
3. The one in the labs after the lift in the corridor where you can see into the locked labs

but I simply cannot find the blue key or the fourth console. Can anyone tell me where the 4 consoles are? Also do I need the blue key yet? If so where is it located?

I can't get that to work with ZDoom version I'm currently using. (Second to latest) I keep getting the error message Unknown Netcode 30.
