Weapon Creator/Modder?

Is there a weapon creator? And if so, where can I download it? If there isn't one, is there a Sniper Rifle Weapon mod that I can download and use in zDoom, jDoom, or just plain 95?

There are multiple ways to make weapons.
The easiest way is to simply replace the graphics from the original WAD with new images. This'll only change the way your weapon looks of course.
The oldskool way to change the behaviour of your weapon is to use Dehacked.

But now you can also make completely new custom weapons using decorate and the ZDoom "official unofficial" community build 2.0.96x.

There's already a Weapons Resourse Wad for it:

I believe the wad contains a sniper rifle.

I know of at least two EDGE mods that have sniper rifles: unfortuantely EDGE is not on your list of ports :(

Ya it does. But it takes a bit of skill to rip single weapons from the wad because the current maintainer *COUGHNOTMECOUGH* doesn't divide all the weapons code in the various lumps and probably hasn't cleaned it up for a while either.
