Why Did You Choose Your Avatar?

It was an American team asigned to design and build the game so a few character modifications were expected.

I also made a Mug shot for Doom of a modified sprite of Eggmans head in the bonus map that looks around and as the player gains damage his teeth chip like in the the stage.

Thats a run on sentance.

AFAIK Eggman is just the version of his name that the Japanese usually call him by, although since the Sonic Adventure games I've heard more people outside of Japan refer to him as Eggman, as well.

Look at Eggman at the epilogue. He's more or less the same size as sonic.

I notice that a lot of people have avatars that are custom. How do I go about putting my own custom avatar into the forums? I want to use a shotgunfish that somebody created.

Yes... they actually do it by editing the relevant html image link into the title.

Actually I didn't even know my avatar was Gandalf, or even who Gandalf was, when I first chose this avatar. I chose it because I'm a code wizard ;) Of course, I'm also a LotR fan now (read the books after seeing the first movie, and I'm reading the Silmarillion at the moment), so it works on multiple levels ^_^

Yes...read this thread and you'll notice quite a few people without avatars. Some don't have any titles either.
