Interesting battles "character A vs character B"

Many of us some way or other, in certain day we started a thread about who would win in a battle between certain characters. Most of these threads start good but end being silly. What about a thread that update the characters before the thread becomes silly.

I start with this one, who would emerge victorious, Riddick (with all the abilities of the second movie) or Casey Ryback (or Steven Seagal's toughtest characters)?
Personaly I choose Riddick, in the first movie he isn't nothing particulary special, but in the second he dispatches whoever he find in the way no matter the situation of armament of his adversaries.
Ryback while also kill mercenaries in matter of seconds without being touch, needs a bit of the surprise factor in the hardest situations.
