Using new textures in a map using Doom Builder

I already have a few textures I would like to use. How do I use them on my maps using Doom Builder?

In xwe, use the patches filter so when you load an image, it gets added to textures1 and pnames automatically. Otherwise, right click the texture entry, and you'll see 'add to textures1' and 'add to pnames'. Guess what those options do?
