Story Board Screens

In Doom two, after map 11, for example. The game goes to a screen where text is displayed over a wall texture background relaying the objective change for the player. Also at the end of the games, Doom 1 and 2, a picture is shown relating to the after events, such as the foreshadowing to Hell On Earth after Doom 1. My questions is with Doom Builder, is there a way to create these story boards? And if not, how can I go about suggesting it?

No, other ports use the MAPINFO lump as well, including doomsday and legacy.
