Recommended Posts

I can't update Oleaut32.dll Windows won't let me do it for some convoluted reason, and it's the only reason the MyDoom won't run! Please help, Mr. Elvis Programmer Man.

Hmm, the only quick solution I have in mind is:

1) Copy the DLL on a Windows bootdisk

2) Boot with this disk

3) At the command prompt, copy the DLL into the Windows \system folder by hand: copy a:\oleaut32.dll c:\windows\system

What exactly do you mean ?[/quote]When the program generated the document to mail to you, it had about 5 empty rows between the /top line and any actual text.

Oh, I understand :)

It's just the savety distance...I thought it is more comfortable not to have fumbling around between close lines :)
