Textures from Hellraiser vaporware game

I don´t know if this is already known, but when I was browsing some Hellraiser related sites I found this page about some vaporware games from the Doom / Duke3D era:

There are some pretty cool Hellraiser styled textures and decorational sprites that would look great in a Doom WAD.

All you would have to do is cut the individual textures out from the jpg files and transfer them in Doom compatible format (whatever that is, I have no experience with classic Doom editing. But the texture size is obviously the standard Doom size).

What do you think?
And since this is clearly ages old vaporware, there should be no copyright issues as well.

The guy that runs the site has to be asked how he got the stuff, and if there are any copyright restrictions or other requests.

The article names Mat Weathers as the texture artist. Maybe he is still arround in the gaming business.
