How does Slige work?

I've read the documentation, but where should I write all those commands? When I start slige.exe, it just creates a file slige.out which is not a valid wad file.

Linguica, nice sense of humour, but I know what a command line is. My question is to how it works with Slige. Can you help me with that?

The documentation explains that you need to use a node builder (like BSP or ZenNode) on Slige.out to turn it into a usable wad file.

Oh, I see. Though, honestly, I never read anything about *.out files in the documentation. It just says you need to use a BSP or whatever, but it never says how.
