Yesterday I was having fun with the church picture I took and uploaded to my travel blog. http://rootblognz.blogspot.com - save the church picture with the "celebrate jesus" banner and then edit parts of that to make castle or brick textures. Also, you can use the mirror method on the arch windows for nice looking flats.

That site has a nice variety, they're of an almost painted style in many cases, but scaling them down for doom will make them still look good I think.

Mancubus - Thanks for that link, he has some awesome textures that scale down nicely. I've been inspired... :)
