Powerups, ammo respawn in mp

How do you get powerups to respawn in multiplayer, only guns respawn for me, can they respawn or no?

The standard game, you might know, has two choices: DeathMatch, where weapons stay and other items disappear permanently, and AltDeath, where everything respawns, except Invisibility and Invulnerability spheres. Enhanced or modified engines (including the popular MultiPlayer variants) use DeathMatch flags to determine more specific and varied item behavior.

Apparently, you're using standard AltDeath settings (which are supported by any Doom engine) and the only power-ups in the map(s) you're playing are Invisibility/Invulnerability.

If you really want them to respawn you're going to have to stick to an enhanced engine, and use DM flags.
