is it possible to customize windows taskbar?

Is there a way to change the taskbar on windows xp? like change the colors, theme, ect. I am sick of the plain old standard one.

1) Right-click on desktop. Click "properties"
2) Select the "Appearance" tab.
3) Go to "color scheme" and select "Olive".
4) Yay, green!

Or if you want to get more granular, go to Advanced or whatever the button is that lets you specify colors for specific objects. The taskbar is affected by the color for "3D objects", but that will also change the color of many other things.
