Who's played it?

My dad downloaded it, and I love it, more than DooM3 itself.

The music is all amped up aswell, great stuff in my opinion.

It is a downloadable mod, Ultimate DooM (Just the first epsiode) with DooM3 graphics and sounds, immense stuff.

Oh, got me confused. He had this in the general Doom forum and I wasn't sure if he meant "Classic Doom" in the title.

Anyway, seems like something I might want to check out.

Classic Doom for Doom 3? Yes, it’s very good. The 1.1 version is on going.

Classic Doom 3 is great, but the intro cutscenes are hilarious. I hope more people do stuff like that with Doom 3 mods.

I would so love to play that mod. But my computer isn't good enough for Doom3. Thats why i got it on Xbox

I liked it. Except the weapons weren't quite as powerful as the original and the pinkies were a bitch to kill. Nothing some .def hacks couldn't fix though... ;)

I liked not having to used mags for the weapons aswell.

Uh, whoever moved this, this should probably go under Doom 3 mods, not Classic Doom mods, since it's for Doom 3.

No, they don’t have time for it, but they hunt bugs. Maybe there will be some legal issues too if they make the entire 28 map set.

I would doubt there are any legal issues, KDiZD was fine, so I don't see why Classic DooM 3 wouldn't be.
