I can't seem to make a working Moving Camera (Zdoom)

I was trying out Moving Cameras for use in a possible project I may do if I was comfortable with them, except I'm seemingly unable to actually make them... well... move. I've followed all the steps, but they still won't budge.

I've asked at the Zdoom forums, but got no responce, so what did I do wrong with this?
