how do u make custom music or sounds? with deepsea?

how do i make custom sounds and custom music with deepsea editor?
and how do i apply a sound to a weapon or thing?
using deepsea, how do i change the music for map 01 in a doom.wad im making? please help!

this is for doom2. not zdoom,boom, csdoom, or any of those other fancy names. just doom2
