I own a monopoly board...

I love this third world country, I own a PC, a PSX and a gamecube.

So, everything could be pirated.

For PC: About 80 games
PSX: (including way too many soccer games) 102cds
gamecube: 30

I had a NES several years ago. I just had Mario bros/duck hunt and Zelda.

I can't think of 30 games worth purchasing across all of the modern game consoles (this includes, but is not limited to, Gamecube, XBox, XBox360, Playstation 2, Nintendo DS, and Playstation Portable). That doesn't stop you from buying games for them, though. :P

My list is something like this (just guesses):

• Nintendo Entertainment System: 20
  
• Super Nintendo Entertainment System: 5 (used to have more but they seem to have vanished)
  
• Nintendo 64: 10
  
• Gamecube: 10
  
• Game Boy: 5
  
• Game Boy Advance: 4
  
• Nintendo DS: 4
  
• Sega Genesis: 5 (same situation as SNES)
  
• Sega Game Gear: 2 (used to have about 6 games)
  
• Playstation: 6
  
• Playstation 2: 1 (I don't even own a PS2)
  
• Playstation Portable: 1 (ugh)
  
• XBox: 10 (none of them I even play)
  
• XBox 360: 1 (see Playstation 2)
  
• PC: Ehrm... Too many.

I just checked, 28 gamecube games.

At $3 (yes sir, three dollars) each game, any game with a interesting boxart will be bought.

I have to accept, 30% of my gamecube games suck.

Hell, I'd buy many games even if they (supposedly) suck if they were $3 each. Where did you buy them for so cheap?

I play games for immersiveness, hence why I'm a much more bigger fan of PC games over the console types. Headphones, digital flat screen monitor, top notch graphics, it doesn't get much better than that. Then again, I mainly play FPS, and you know how console FPS's compare to the PC versions.

In Ecuador. I had to get a chip installed ($45) but now copies can run off my gamecube. That's how you can get copies for $3.

Sadly, I haven't seen an original box since 1998.

I got Cyborg Justice in the mail yesterday. I loved that game when I was young, and putting it in yesterday, I found it to be just as good as I remember. But I forgot how difficult the game can be on higher difficulty levels...

I also forgot about my PSP games, which total out around six.

I used to have alot of NES games. I sold them all and my system years and years ago. I still got all my SNES and PSX games. My most prized videogame possession is my Final Fantasy 3 cartidge. I think one day I might just buy a SNES Chrono Trigger cartidge as well.

Emulators and ROMS really just destroy the point in collecting old games. Unless it's a game you really like, or you're a hardcore enthusiast and you need the vintage appeal of having them.

Well pretty much everything id (dooms/quakes/addons) and everything "need for speed" from nfs/se thru most wanted. then theres the gta's along with the oddballs like alice and serious sam. im currently having a blast with san andreas. though im not down with the "hood" i just love the unbelivable size of the citys (i thought most wanted was huge) this games utterly massive in size and of course theres regular rock/alternative music you can choose from in the game if your not into rap. (everythings on pc by the way)

People don't know how lucky they are. the only games I received as a gift where klik and play, warcraft, final fantasy tactics, batman nes, crystalis nes, I think that's it. maybe Morrowind, I can't remember if I bought that myself.

I've owned less than 10 games for any given system except for PC where I've probably had 30 throughout my life but less than 20 now.

I don't have many games, I usually sell them after I've beaten them, unless they are online or have some replay value.
Right now, my game collection mostly consists of:
Doom, strife, Doom 2, Oblivion, Halo 2, Black, Rainbow 6 Black Arrow.

yeah, if I could beat a game while it was rented or come close, I'd never buy it. Unless it had killer replay value. And I try not to buy something I haven't researched.

I've got about 250 boxed games accross loads of systems, plus tonnes more that are emulated. My pride and joy is my MAME arcade machine, which is fooking awesome:-)
