So far, the last known link is a defunct rapidshare link, so i'd have to be uploaded.

The best you can get in terms of realism would be either Immoral Conduct SE or my own The Stranger. Making realistic weapons using the Doom sprites is actually a lot harder than it sounds (especially in terms of modifying said sprites to add reload frames without making them look cheesy and stupid).
