Looks... interesting.

looking really good. You might want to vary the light level a bit more though, and make the overall light level a bit darker. I think that would be a simple way to improve the atmosphere a great deal with little work.
Not trying to sound negative here, just wanting help out.

You might want to change the sky as well since its for Gzdoom an high resolution sky would look sweet.

The wadfather has some good skies pick the ones with an resolution of 512 they look the best.
