can someone give me a site to download doom 64 sounds.

You should just aim me (MagicShrooms91). I have the PSX sound wad, which are the same as the sounds from Doom 64, though the laser and the mother-demon sounds aren't included. I also have a .zip file containing the "high fidilety" sound effects in .wav format which contains the laser, but I'm not sure if it has the mother demon sounds.

DooM64 Absolution has all sounds even the mother demon and laser, use XWE to extract them.
