jdoom compatible with decorate ?

I prefer jdoom engine because of somes effects, but can we add new monsters/things like zdoom with decorate ?

The best I think could be Edge with multiplayer support, I wonder when the edge team will implement multiplayer for edge.

Yes you can indeed create new THINGS with jDoom by using the DED (text based) format to define them. It is not however compatible with Decorate (and is unlikely to ever be).

jDoom also features full client<>server multiplayer support btw.
