A Hissy look-alike sculpture(?)

Some guy at Last.fm has this image as his avatar. I already sent him a message asking about the image, but he hasn't answered yet, which is why I decided to ask about it here too.

Is the thing in the picture some sculpture that actually exists, and if yes, who made/owns it? Are there any more/bigger pics of it available somewhere?

It's a cacodemon jack-o-lantern. I don't remember the site, but the owner has instructions on how to make one, he also has instructions for a pain elemental and spider mastermind if I remember correctly.

I've seen the three pumpkin monsters featured on the other site before, but the original Cacodemon pumpkin is new to me. Interesting stuff anyway, and thanks for the links.
