OpenGL Glitches

When playing certain wads with GLBoom, I noticed that there's some graphical glitches that don't occur with software rendering. For example, in the red key area in HR Map 9, I see a yellow line; also in Map 20, the invisible structure with the Cyberdemon is painted with the sky texture.

Are these due to OpenGL limitations, or are they bugs that can be fixed?

Not all OpenGL renderers can handle software rendering hacks well. They need special treatment but it is generally impossible to handle each and every hack that exists. GLBoom only can recognize the most basic ones.
