Coopersville Posted February 11, 2007 Every once in a while, I'll expirience some weird stuff that'll get stuck in my head when I'm trying to sleep, and it'll freak me out a bit. More recently, I saw some of this guy's artwork, whic creeped me out a little, then I watched The Cell for the first time. Awesome movie, but I had some trouble falling asleep that night. 0 Share this post Link to post
Enjay Posted February 11, 2007 Enjay said:What keeps me up at night? Viagra of course. OK serious answer. Insomnia keeps me up at night. I've had it as long as I can remember - even before. My mother tells me of the times I simply wouldn't sleep until the early hours of the morning as a young child. Basically my body-clock is out of sync with most people's. I find it very hard to get to sleep before, say, 3-4 a.m. unless I am exceptionally tired. If I do have something on my mind, then I will quite possibly not get to sleep until 6a.m. if at all. It is exceptionally boring lying in bed waiting to sleep, being tired, but knowing that you are unlikely to actually sleep as the hour you need to get up again slowly, but inevitably, approaches. The problem is, I need to be up and active at the same time as everyone else so I end up being tired a lot of the time. It's not that I don't need as much sleep as other people - I do. It's that I need sleep at a different time to most people. I have found it impossible to readjust my body-clock. And I have tried. I've seen doctors, homeopaths, herbalists and other alternative therapists. The only thing that works is not going to work, sleeping until the middle of the day and going to be at a time that suits me. Obviously I can only do that during holidays so, consequently, those are the only times I am not tired. It sucks. :( 0 Share this post Link to post

I'm assuming you mean "random girls you see in the hall and then jerk off to when you get home" because I'm pretty sure it's impossible to fall in love with someone who isn't aware you exist. 0 Share this post Link to post
deathbringer Posted February 12, 2007 The last episode of Top Gear kept me up last night... i'm never visiting America. EVER! (Well, Alabama and northern Florida anyway. I'm sure in San Francisco and places like they won't try and stone PAYING CUSTOMERS to death at garages because they don't like the look of your car) 0 Share this post Link to post

Oh no I actually make good friends with them, it just happens over time. Then eventually you're in that position where you're confused if they are interested in you are not. 0 Share this post Link to post

Certainly a good reason to avoid that part of the country. The western US coast is sane for the most part, with the notable exception of Oregon, where it's illegal to use a petrol pump. Seriously... Lol oregon is extremely liberal, its where heroin addicted runaway teenagers go because the cops dont care that much and are nice to them. Also, it was the first state to decriminalize marijuana i think. 0 Share this post Link to post

SYS Posted February 20, 2007 I'd say nightmares. When I was younger it was a reoccuring nightmare. I'd be out in a huge open hill with a dark sky. I'd see a woman dressed in a black Victorian era dress. She'd be holding onto a skeleton, weeping her eyes out. Now it's just on very rare occaision I'll get a random nightmare where I die. Most vivid one of all I was with some chick I've never seen before. We were looking up at the moon. The moon turned red, and came crashing down on us. I woke up screamin. baronofhell said:My job, I've worked the graveyard shift for the past 4 years. Been there myself. Now for me it's closing shifts, almost as bad as graveyards. Regen Posted March 4, 2007 As of late (as in the last few days) a toothache. had it fixed and now im on some stuff called vicodin. A lot better than dreaming about being in a huge funeral home parking lot at night that has a full size olympic swimming pool in the back corner of the lot, with waveless placid water. with a small building in the opposite corner of the lot that has full length windows on either side of a steel door that are 3 feet thick as so you can view cremations and autopsy stuff right out in the open. its not connected to the building so there must have been a tunnel underground. I sent two other dudes over to take a look in the windows of that building in my dream to confirm what i thought i saw when we came riding in. i was on a 20" bmx bike and they were on skateboards. alls i heard from accross the lot was "ooh dude gross.. did you see it oozing out like that" then i knew it was an effed up situation i was in partially since i knew i was dreaming also. terribly deppresing dream. it had modernized cremation, it basicly was a table with a heating element that moved up and down along the body (like a tanning bed) slowly cooking/burning/cremating.. and to leave the lot we had to go past that building again. had this dream about two weeks ago and still remember it vividly. . 0 Share this post Link to post
