I'm about 95% sure the music was 'The Offspring - Come out and Play', and if that wasn't it, it was 'Ace of Base - All that She Wants'. I remember it being called Team.wad, but it also had a more popular name it went by. I've already downloaded every wad in the idgames archive that had those songs listed or had 'team' in the name, none are even close. I made a rough sketch of what I remember it looking like, but remember, this was about 11-12 years ago. I made specific notes on the picture itself.
