Why? Decorate/EDF/DDF? Extra difficulty dealing with new codes?

Regarding HHE, download Ichor. You'll get a configuration file set up for the latest Heretic version, 1.3. Here's the zip file including "Carnage Galore II" bundled with an HHE program having a set-up ini file. http://www.doomworld.com/idgames/index.php?id=8628

Because support for this is a really big obstacle for future development . To have this working the internal frame table and some other things must not be changed and ZDoom for example has done that already for all games except Doom. Doom is less of a problem because there is considerably less complexity. But even here it requires keeping some pretty ugly code just to support Dehacked.

@daimonreloaded: What were you trying to do? For what engine?

I tryed to create a MAPINFO lump for heretic map using "zdoom" whit SlumpEd -_-;;;;
