Espi Posted November 27, 2001 Download the three levels by Paul Schmitz from here. Play them in the right order, IIRC ambush first, then rivrdead, then artifact. You also need the retres wad, and Boom. 0 Share this post Link to post
RobMcKay Posted November 27, 2001 Those levels are awesome. A little hard but pretty damn good. 0 Share this post Link to post
PSchmitz Posted November 27, 2001 Espi: Thanks for the plug! :) RobMcKay: Glad you liked them. But if you want HEY-UGE maps to play, I can't recommend a better set of levels than Eternal DOOM. Especially those by Sverre, Jim Flynn, and Bob Evans. 0 Share this post Link to post

Kid Airbag Posted November 27, 2001 Some of the maps in HR, HR2, and Requiem were damn huge. 0 Share this post Link to post
mr8 Posted November 27, 2001 What about the hardest ones ? HR & HR2 are VERY VERY HARD To my mind of course, maybe they're easy for some Doomers. 0 Share this post Link to post

mr8 Posted November 27, 2001 no they're not easy for anyone That's just what I thought ;) I never clean a level without cheating on HR & HR2... (except one or two, I don't remember...) 0 Share this post Link to post
pritch Posted November 29, 2001 don't forget the old-style total conversions, there are some real nice maps in DOT.wad (Dimensions of Time), and the Dark Covenant levels were graet- darkcvnt.wad. Get both at cdrom. One of the longest ones I know of is BlackTower, which takes me best part of an hour on UV. You see, i'm a purist, no source-ports, etc. (well, not most of the time, anyway!;) 0 Share this post Link to post
