Doom like Warcraft?

Hi... I will to ask you about a new Doom Engine that looks like "Warcraft" I was looking on the Old Doomworld News, but cant find it.

Please can you help me with this, I will like to know where I can download it, or its homepage. I remember it was on the news of 2006 (February - October I think).

But I cant remember its name also... :(

Oh. I saw that. What I expected was a Stratagus version of Doom, but seemingly it's none.
