Doom Builder does something it _shouldn't_ and _needn't to_

...like setting any lower/higher texture, concealed by default, to "-" (none), after new sectors are drawn next to those linedefs.

Not only it's useless to clean unseen textures, but this procedure causes HOMs, when floors/ceilings move from the normal level. Those HOMs were originally taken care of, but the new neighbouring sectors reactivate them. OK, maybe this is the default behaviour of sector drawing, or not?

this is a actually a feature of doom builder

you can set it to have a specific texture or flat be used when drawing a new sector. in your case, its using none at all

it can be changed in the options
