Jayextee Posted November 29, 2001 Now, my computer just went out of the stone age into the bronze age. Whee. See, I just got a Voodoo2 for my P200 (Whoo!). Now, the help I need. I cannot get Legacy working correctly in Glide mode. I get a bunch of flat, textureless surfaces and invisible sprites. It's atrocious. Can anyone shed any light on the situation? Oh, and FYI, neither OpenGL or MiniGL modes are any good unless I want to play in less than 1 FPS. And, no, I don't really need to get a better computer than the one I have. It plays Doom, Duke, Diablo II and Quake II - I'm happy. I'll only upgrade if Doom3's any good. But anyway, my problem is really strange - can anybody help...? 0 Share this post Link to post

I think several people have made posts about gl modes. as for the Voodoo2, try getting the 3dfx mini drivers and/or the www.glsetup.com updates. perhaps the documentation for one of the gl ports is more informative.... good luck. 0 Share this post Link to post
