How do you get the second secret in EPIC Map01?

As the title says, I need help with EPIC Map01: A Fool's Paradise. I know how to get to the rocket launcher hidden behind a wall, but I don't know how to get on the vine covered ledge. I can simply jump up there to get the secret in ZDoom, but that doesn't seem right. Is there a hidden switch that lowers the ledge or a teleporter or something?

The ledge is lowered by a switch close by that's revealed when you press another switch.

Okay, cool. I found the switch that lowers the ledge using noclip, but I don't know how to reveal the switch. I thought I hit every switch in the level. I'll keep looking.
