Searching Wad Converter (Doom => Heretic)

I heard there exists a WAD-Converter, which converts Doom Wads to Heretic and automatically switches the textures, monsters, etc...

Is this true? Where can i find it? I searched many sites for this but didnt found anything :(

There was a tool like that, I remember using it way back in the day. I don't think I have it anymore though.

It wasn't really that impressive anyway, the most you'd get is a good start on converting the level yourself. It wasn't magic.

Is it possible that the exe file doens't work with XP? Do I need any other programs do open this one?
